Managing the accounts, invoicing and all financial elements to the business, with her team, Fiona is the first point of contact for all financial enquiries. Fiona also assists Sue with the artworking and design.

Sue Gearing

Pre-press & Production Director

Sue's primary role is to ensure the key accounts are supported and management of the artworking and design of new labels. From initial creation, Sue ensures labels are followed through to the final output.

Martin Gearing

Operations Director

Martin manages the factory and print room, ensuring all labels printed at Mission meet the required specifications and quality standards. Martin also has responsibilty for overseeing all machine and ancillary parts, meeting safety standards and executing regular maintenance audits.

Dave Humphrey

Technical Sales Director

Compliance, safety and quality are key tasks in Dave's role, checking that the BRC regulations are up to date. Dave oversees the maintenance of machinery and office supplies and liaises with key suppliers to ensure they are adhering to the legal requirements for quality assurance. 

Rob Woodley

Repro Manager

I joined Mission Labels in 2005 as an 18 year old Rewind Operator and later progressed to Printer.

In 2011, I was asked if I would like to train as cover for the Artwork/Repro department and have been in the position ever since.

Internal Sales Office Co-Ordinator

I joined Mission in January 2005 & covered most office duties, however I am now sales based.

It has been great to see our ‘family’ grow over the years & I look forward to what the future holds for us all.

I started work at Mission Labels at 17 years old in February 2012. After studying business and administration for 8 months I was offered a permanent job!

I can’t wait to continue growing within my role and the company.

Mission Labels is proud to be considered a ‘family’ business by its employees. Working within a fast moving market place focused on tight deadlines, exact quantities and high quality for over 15 years. We understand the need to meet these requirements for our customers better than anyone.

We have geared the company around our customers by investing in top of the line equipment and facilties ensuring high quality and high speed turn around on a continuous basis. These include an in-house design studio, plate maker, top specification plant and production procedures.

Mission Labels adopts a never say no policy with all four Directors being on call 24/7 to deal with the needs of our customers. We have a commitment for continuous product and specification improvement. This enables us to keep the customer supplied and content with our level of service.

 

Working at Mission Labels is like being part of the extended family; I have learnt so much in the past few months and am looking forward to future challenges at Mission Labels, as there is never a quiet moment
